Admissions
Application Deadline
Prospective students must use the PASS application service to apply to the program. Only applications received from PASS will only be considered. PASS applications are due no later than August 18th to be considered for the class that begins the following July.
Procedures
For your convenience, we participate in the PASS program. Application through PASS is required for admission to our program. Our PASS application deadline is August 18th each year. Please obtain a PASS application by writing:

Prospective students must submit the following to PASS to complete their application:
- Completed PASS application
- Official transcripts from your dental school
- Candidate essay
- Four (4) letters of recommendation/evaluation including one from the Dean of your dental school
- Recent photograph
For International Students:
- TOEFL examination scores
- Financial certification
Supplemental Application
In addition to the PASS application a supplemental Nova Southeastern Application must be completed by September 1st.
