Faculty Practice Payment Methods

Faculty Practice Group currently accepts the following insurances:

  • Humana PPO
  • Comp Benefits PPO
  • MetLife PPO
  • Delta Dental PPO

We also accept the following credit cards:

MC, VISA, AMEX and Care Credit

Our fee-for-service prices apply to those who do not have dental insurance. These fees are comparable to other dental practices located in the surrounding area.  Payment for dental treatment is expected at the time of your visit. Payment plan options are available for some dental services such as Orthodontic and Prosthodontic treatment.
