COURSE DESCRIPTION

This program will provide dentists with valuable information needed when preparing and negotiating employment and restrictive covenant agreements.  Whether employment will be in a small or large group practice, or with a large dental management organization, this is a must-attend program!  The speaker will address key terms and conditions of dentist employment and restrictive covenant agreements and how to negotiate to ensure your interests are protected.  Florida’s restrictive covenant (non-compete) statute and the impact of a recent Florida Supreme Court decision relating to restrictive covenants will be included, providing attendees with important information concerning the structuring and enforcement of such covenants.

INSTRUCTOR BIO

 

Lani Dornfield

 

Lani M. Dornfeld, Esq. is a practicing health care attorney and Member in the law firm of Brach Eichler L.L.C.  Lani represents a broad array of individual, corporate and institutional health care clients in the firm’s Florida and New Jersey offices. Lani’s practice is focused on managing regulatory, corporate, and transactional matters for her clients, and she has extensive experience counseling clients on regulatory and compliance matters, including HIPAA and corporate compliance.  She also assists with the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and training required by these laws.
