2 Secure Ways to Register
Third-Party Payer
If registrant decides to "pay-at-door" during the registration process, please remember that payment is due at the time of registration. If the balance remains unpaid after the course, NSU will bill the participant's via electronic invoice. After 30 days, a $100.00 late fee will be assessed. If the balance remains unpaid after 90 days, the account will be transferred to NSU's Collections Department. The delinquent account will eventually be transferred to an outside collection agency or attorney and collection fees will be added to the balance due.
Due to limited enrollment, early registration is encouraged for all programs. Registrations are processed in the order in which they are received. If a limited enrollment course is already filled, you may request your name be placed on a particular course's waiting list. However, this does not guarantee enrollment in the course.
Cancellations may be done via telephone, fax, or email by providing the participant's name and course enrolled. For most courses, cancellations must be received 5 working days prior to the start of a course. Cancellations received after this deadline will result in a 25% penalty. Registration fees will be forfeited for "no-shows." Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for refunds to be processed.
We encourage you to register early. This will enable us to protect course enrollment and avoid unnecessary cancellation of a course. In the event that the College of Dental Medicine feels it is necessary to cancel a program, a full refund will be granted. Attempts to contact all registrants will be made at the time cancellation is determined.
Office for Continuing Education cannot be responsible for non-refundable airfares or other expenses in the event of a course cancellation.
