The Preceptorship Program in Endodontics is intended for graduates of dental schools outside of the United States and Canada. The program offers a didactic training as well as clinical exposure via observation. The Preceptorship in Endodontics is a full time program. Prospective students will participate in lectures, seminars and hands on activities along with the postgraduate residents. Clinical activities are limited to observation in the planning and execution of non-surgical and surgical procedures. Preceptors will have the opportunity to participate in research activities.
The program is a full time program offered over a 6 or 12 month period.

Admission Process and Application Requirements
Prospective students should apply directly to the Department of Endodontics. Applications will be reviewed by the Department’s Admissions Committee. Anticipated start date of the program is July 1. Personal interview will be required for acceptance into the program. Upon acceptance applicant will be required to pay a $4000.00 nonrefundable deposit.

This program is not accredited by any local or national accreditation body. Upon successfully completion of the program, preceptors will received a certificate of attendance. Admission and completion of the program does not guarantee acceptance to the Advanced Specialty Education in Periodontology.
