Dr. Lynn Solomon is a Clinical Professor at Nova Southeastern University in the Department of Oral Medicine and Diagnostic Sciences and the Director of the Nova Oral Pathology Biopsy Service. In addition, she is the course director for the pre and post-doctoral Oral Histology and Embryology courses and for two pre-doctoral and one post-doctoral courses in Oral Pathology. Dr. Solomon obtained her Florida dental license in 2012 and practices clinical oral pathology in the Nova Faculty Practice group.
Dr. Solomon is a fellow in the American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology and is Board Certified in Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology. She obtained her Doctor of Dental Science (DDS), Master’s degree in Oral Sciences, and a Certificate in Oral Pathology, all from the State University of New York (SUNY) Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. She also completed a Fellowship in Head and Neck Pathology at Emory University School of Medicine. Previously, Dr. Solomon was a faculty member at SUNY Buffalo School of Dental Medicine and at Tufts University, where she was an associate professor in the School of Dental Medicine Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology. Dr. Solomon has numerous publications on various topics in pathology in peer-reviewed journals.
