Lynn Solomon

Dr. Lynn Solomon is the Interim Chair of the Department of Maxillofacial Medicine, the Director of the Nova Oral Pathology Biopsy Service, and a Clinical Professor at Nova Southeastern University. She is also the course director for two pre-doctoral courses in Oral Pathology, and a post-doctoral course in  Oral Histology and Embryology

Dr. Solomon is a fellow in the American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology and is Board Certified in Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology. She obtained her Doctor of Dental Science (DDS), Master’s degree in Oral Sciences, and a Certificate in Oral Pathology, all from the State University of New York (SUNY) Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. She also completed a Fellowship in Head and Neck Pathology at Emory University School of Medicine. Previously, Dr. Solomon was a faculty member at SUNY Buffalo School of Dental Medicine and at Tufts University, where she was an associate professor in the School of Dental Medicine Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology. Dr. Solomon has numerous publications on various topics in pathology in peer-reviewed journals.
