Dr. Ambar Pagani obtained her DDS degree with Magna Cum Laude Honors in 2002 at Universidad Central de Venezuela.

After practicing general dentistry in her small practice for 2 years, she decided to pursue a specialty in Prosthodontics, completing a 3-year postgraduate program at her Alma Mater from 2004-2007 and earning an MSD Degree with Honors.

At this time, the political situation in Venezuela became difficult. Dr. Pagani decided to sell her practice in Venezuela and relocated to Miami where her parents lived. Her passion to continue to practice as a prosthodontist in the US led her to pursue a second postgraduate program, which she completed at NSU, obtaining a second Certification in Prosthodontics in 2012.

She has been in private practice in the US since 2012, working in a multi-specialty center alongside talented team of GPs, a periodontist, an oral surgeon, an orthodontist and an endodontist.

In 2019, she decided to develop another aspect of her career, and join NSU as Assistant Professor while maintaining her private practice limited to Prosthodontics, with the same team at The Dental Care Group of Pembroke Pines.  After a year at NSU, Dr. Pagani became Director of Predoctoral Implantology in August of 2020.

Dr. Pagani is passionate about patient-centered care, and doing her part to educate a generation of dentists that practices evidence-based dentistry with strong principles of integrity, teamwork and empathy.
