Dr. Garcia obtained her dental degree from Colegio Odontologico Colombiano in Bogota, Colombia in 1995 and her Periodontics degree in 1998. She also graduated with her Master of Science in Medical Education in 2017 from Nova Southeastern University. She worked in private practice in Colombia and Venezuela for more than 10 years before she moved to Florida. Dr. Garcia is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Periodontology at Nova Southeastern University, College of Dental Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
