Dr. Yehuda Benjamin is a Board-Certified Endodontist, who was born in New York City
but raised in Cooper City, Florida. He earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine from the
University of Florida College of Dentistry, completed a one-year general practice
residency at New York Presbyterian Brooklyn-Methodist Hospital, and practiced as a
restorative dentist for several years before specializing in endodontics and attaining
his Master of Science and Certificate in Endodontics from the University of Florida
College of Dentistry. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics and a
Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Benjamin has over a decade of experience in private practice before accepting
the position of Postdoctoral Director of Endodontics in 2021 and was appointed as
the Chair of Endodontics in 2023. His academic areas of interest include dental traumatology,
endodontic disease education and prevention, endodontic patient-centered outcomes,
and the pursuit of improving dental access to care.
