Claudia Navarette

Dr. Navarrete is an Endodontist, who received her Dental Degree in 1993 from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogota, Colombia. After practicing as a Restorative Dentist for several years, she earned her Certificate as a Forensic Anthropologist in 2000 from Universidad Nacional de Colombia, followed by her Certificate of Advanced Specialty Education in Endodontics in 2002 from the Universidad El Bosque, and narrowed her practice to Endodontics. 

Since 2004, Dr. Navarrete has been involved in academia, with a history of affiliations with the Endodontic Department at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana before moving to the United States in 2013. She joined Nova Southeastern University in 2017 as an adjunct faculty member of the Department of Endodontics, and since 2021, she has served as a full-time Assistant Professor. Her academic areas of interest include generalized research, endodontic surgery, clinical and sim lab training. She has published her research in several peer-reviewed journals and is an active member of the American Association of Endodontics and the Colombian Endodontic Association.
