Dr. Liliana Mosquera received her DDS equivalent Dental Degree in 2000, from the Universidad Autonoma de Manizales (UAM) in the state of Caldas, Colombia in South America. She then moved to South Florida upon graduation to join her family and continue her dental career.
Dr. Mosquera received her Certificate in Prosthodontics from Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine in 2004. She then practiced as associate dentist in South Florida after completing her Florida dental licensing process. Since she has a passion for dental education and contributing to the dental profession, she came back to her Alma matter to teach as an adjunct faculty member.
To enhance her education, Dr. Mosquera received a Masters in Business Administration degree in 2014 from Nova southeastern University H. Wayne Huizenga College of Business and Entrepreneurship. She also received a Master of Science leadership degree in 2018 from Nova southeastern University H. Wayne Huizenga College of Business and Entrepreneurship.
Dr. Mosquera has been involved with Board of Directors for the Hispanic Dental Association South Florida Chapter, the University relations committee with the American Academy of cosmetic Dentistry and also currently officer for the Section of Dental Anatomy and Occlusion with the American dental education association, She is a member of the American Dental Association, South Florida District Dental Association, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and American dental education association. She is currently an Assistant Professor of the Prosthodontics Department at Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She is involved in directing several Predoctoral Preclinical and Clinical courses as well as covering the Predoctoral clinic.
