Dr. Steven Milhauser graduated Magna Cum Laude from The University of Maryland, College of Dental Medicine in 1973. Dr. Milhauser then went on to complete a General Practice Residency at Long Island Jewish Medical Center in New York in 1974, with his primary focus and expertise being Fixed Prosthodontics.
Dr. Milhauser entered private practice in 1974, and maintained his General Practice in Cosmetic, Restorative, and Implant Dentistry until his retirement in 2010.
During his 36 year career, Dr. Milhauser pursued his strong passion for teaching with faculty appointments at The University of Maryland, College of Dental Medicine, Long Island Jewish Medical Center, and The State University of New York at Stony Brook, School of Dentistry.Dr. Milhauser joined the faculty at Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine in 2016 where he held positions of Team Leader in Pre-Doctoral Clinic, as well as Course Director of Pre-Doctoral Cosmetic Dentistry. Currently, he is an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor of Prosthodontics, teaching both Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry in the Pre-Doctoral Clinic
