Dr. Manjarrés is an Endodontist, currently serving as an Associate Professor and Co-Director of Predoctoral Endodontics at Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine. She is originally from Bogotá, Colombia and obtained her dental degree from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana before earning her specialization in endodontics at Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas. With over 15 years of experience as a faculty member at Nova Southeastern University and 5 years at Universidad El Bosque in Bogotá, Dr. Manjarres also boasts a wealth of private practice experience as an endodontist in several locations including Bogotá, Colombia, Xiolangdi, PR of China and in Florida. Dr. Manjarres has held leadership roles within organized dentistry in the past serving as the Treasurer of the Colombian Endodontic Society from 2010-2013 and is an active member of the American Association of Endodontists (AAE), the Bogota Endodontist Association (AEB), and the Latin American Endodontic Society (SELA) since 1994. Dr. Manjarres has published articles in peer-reviewed publications in English and German and is fluent in Spanish, German, and English and has a reasonable command of Italian.
