Option 1:
  1. Participants register individually
  2. Participants indicate at payment screen, “Bill Me Later”
  3. Third-party payor will send list of participants along with a check to Office for Professional Development, Continuing Education.
 Option 2:
  1. Participates complete a paper application
  2. Third-party payor will send list of participants along with a check to Office for Professional Development, Continuing Education.

If registrant decides to "bill me later" during the registration process, billing statements are sent electronically in the middle of each month.  However, please remember that payment is due at the time of registration. If the balance remains unpaid after 30 days, a $100.00 late fee will be assessed. If the balance remains unpaid after 90 days, the account will be transferred to NSU's Collections Department. The delinquent account will eventually be transferred to an outside collections agency or attorney and collection fees will be added to the balance due.

Due to limited enrollment, early registration is encouraged for all programs. Registrations are processed in the order in which they are received. If a limited enrollment course is already filled, you may request your name be placed on a particular course's waiting list. However, this does not guarantee enrollment in the course

Cancellations may be done via telephone, fax, email or mail with simply the participant's name and course enrolled. For most courses, cancellations must be received 5 working days prior to the start of a course. Cancellations received after this deadline will result in a 25% penalty. Registration fees will be forfeited for "no-shows".  Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for refunds to be processed.

We encourage you to register early. This will enable us to protect course enrollment and avoid unnecessary cancellation of a course. In the event that the College of Dental Medicine feels it is necessary to cancel a program, a full refund will be granted. Attempts to contact all registrants will be made at the time cancellation is determined.

Continuing Professional Development  cannot be responsible for non-refundable airfares or other expenses in the event of a course cancellation.
