Is it safe to register for a course online with my credit card information?
NSU has a Secure System that encrypts the credit card number once you submit your registration form.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations may be done via telephone, fax, email or mail with simply the participant's name and course code. For most courses, cancellations must be received 3 working days prior to the start of a lecture program or one week prior to a hand's on course. Cancellations received after this deadline will result in a 25% penalty. Tuitions for no-shows will be forfeited.

Is parking available?
Yes, in most instances, complimentary parking is available. Please park in the multi-level parking garage and follow the signs along the sidewalk to the proper classroom.
May I register on the day of the course as a walk in?
We discourage onsite registration. In order to prepare properly for our courses, we need to order food, supplies and prepare all registration materials and vouchers in advance. Please register early. On-site registration will required an additional $25.00 cost above the tuition fee.
What do I receive once I complete the course?
For Florida residents, we enter your participation in the course in CE Broker. All participants will receive via email, a Certificate of Attendance recording their participation I the course. All participants in a NSU course/program, you are an official NSU "student" and you have access to your transcript at any time through NSU Sharklink Portal. Transcripts contain course title, date, and number of CEUs for all courses taken at NSU.
When I register for a course online, will I receive a receipt?
Yes, you will receive an immediate email confirmation. In addition, you will be emailed a reminder with additional course/program information.
