Dr. Notzer is a general dentist with prosthodontic residency training. She was granted her dental degree (DMD) in 1989 from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Israel and a prosthodontic training at Tel Hashomer Dental center 1992-1995. In addition, Dr. Notzer has a Master degree in Health Administration from the University of Florida in Gainesville Florida in 2002.

Since 2000 Dr. Notzer is dedicating her career to dental education. Her passion is to share her knowledge with her patients, her students and the community and raise the next generation of dentists in the USA, to promote dental awareness, and increase access to dental care.

Dr. Notzer is a mother of three, and a grandmother of two. She loves music, art and culture and her favorite pastime activities are spending time with her family and friends and Latin and Ballroom dancing.

She is fluent in English and Hebrew and can partially communicate in French, Portuguese and Spanish. Her favorite fields of Dentistry are: prevention, aesthetic dentistry, and basic restorations (fillings and crowns), complete and partial dentures, treating Sleep disorders, TMJ and TMD disorders through dental devices, Botox and Derma fillers.
